After two serious falls, my father needed to go from an assisted living facility to receive a higher level of care that was not offered on a permanent basis at his previous assisted living facility. He is now a resident at Royalton Manor. My family is very impressed with and couldn't be happier with the care and personal attention that he is getting. The staff, including all of the management, nursing staff, and all of the various care takers, have demonstrated a desire to make him feel safe and at home and they are making sure he is getting appropriate medical attention. It is so obvious that their efforts to provide care are coming from the heart and not simply a sense of duty. If you visit, you will see the kind personalities and helpful spirit from the receptionists who greet you, the CNAs and other support staff, along with those working in all other departments. We are very thankful for all their efforts and wish them all the best for being dedicated caregivers!

In the past couple of years my mom has needed skilled care/therapy rehab following hospital stays. This was necessary in order to regain strength to be able to go back home. The care at The Laurels was wonderful each time! The staff are caring and kind, with both the patient and family members. They make what can be a difficult situation to navigate much easier. If we need this type of care again, we would not hesitate to call The Laurels.

If your looking for a nice place to live are just rehabilitation. This is the best place. Staff is kind, Administration is very helpful and thoughtful and the food is very good and you get enough to eat.

Would give you 5 stars if I got the job but since I didn’t you get 4 stars. I applied for your CNA position and had a great experience. I spoke with your HR Manager Melissa over the phone and in person. My interview with her felt like a conversation and liked how nice she was. I had a tour and the your nurses seemed so engaged with your patients, and many of them stopped to say hello to me. The man at the front desk made it a habit to be sure he says hi and bye to everyone walking in and out. I didn’t taste the food it was around lunch time but the hallway smelled good. I didn’t get the job because I’m not certified yet. HR gave me some resources and feedback on my interview. I’ve been ghosted so many times before at other places. It’s nice to get notified of a hiring decision even if it isn’t good news. She knew she was not hiring me but still had time to give me advice? I look forward to applying again in the near future -rach

I am truly pleased to have the privilege of experiencing my 2nd multi-week rehab stay here at Autumnwood. I highly recommend all age groups to consider spending some time here following post op surgery procedures. The staff will work with you to prepare and ensure that you are strong and safe to return home to complete your recovery process. I, personally, grade all features and services of Autumnwood with a 5-star rating. The facility's management, physical therapy, nursing, food prep, house cleaning, laundry and medical staff put forth a 110% effort everyday you are here as a resident. Their mission, and commitment, is to take care of you and make sure you feel better. That always makes it a happy and peaceful experience for me while I'm staying here and healing. Laurels of Williw Creek, is absolutely amazing. My aunt was a resident there and she loved it. Everyone from the social worker, all the nurses, business office, therapy and I can't forget the ladies at the front desk, they were all wonderful and very patient. They kept me well informed with her progress and even had her Care Team call me with each of them giving me updates. I absolutely love this place and I hope if I'm ever in need of Services like this, that my family would take me to Laurels of Willow Creek. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to EVERYONE who helped my aunt get back on her feet and become more independent. You are truly an amazing team.
